When to Expect Your Order

Processing: Once you place your order, our team needs 1–3 business days to pick, pack, and prepare it for its journey to you. We take a little downtime on weekends and U.S. federal holidays to recharge, so those days don't count toward processing time.

Transit: After your package leaves our facility, it usually takes about 3–7 business days to reach your doorstep. While we work hard to be as quick as possible, please keep in mind that carriers sometimes experience minor delays that are beyond our control.
How to Track Your Package
We’ll send a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This email will include your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to sync up in the system.
A Quick Note on Addresses
Before you finish checkout, please take a second to verify that your shipping address is 100% correct. We want to make sure your order lands safely in your hands, but RYZE cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing or are returned due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
